Bis alle anwesend sind, wird Fu\u00dfball gespielt. (4-8 Spieler) Die anwesende Gruppe (ca.10-18 M\u00e4nner) zieht ein sich wechselndes Programm an diesem Abend durch. Fester Bestandteil und ein Muss, ist die Aufw\u00e4rmphase und Dehn\u00fcbungen. Danach versucht man sich in Konditionstraining, R\u00fcckentraining, Turn\u00fcbungen mit und ohne Ger\u00e4t. Dabei d\u00fcrfen Gleichgewicht, Orientierung und die geistigen T\u00e4tigkeiten nicht zu kurz kommen.<\/p>\n

Auch f\u00fcr das Sportabzeichen wird flei\u00dfig trainiert.<\/p>\n

In der letzten halben Stunde wird immer Volleyball gespielt.<\/p>\n

Die Damen sehen den Sport relaxt, mit Freude an der Bewegung. Die \u00dcbungsleiterin denkt sich immer etwas neues aus um die Damen Beweglich und im Gleichgewicht zu halten. Dazu werden z.B. Ballspiele wie Brennball, Federball, Indiaca oder Stock\u00fcbungen, Pilates und Dehn\u00fcbungen bevorzugt in der Halle ge\u00fcbt. An sch\u00f6nen Tagen werden Wandern und Nordic Working oder Boule bevorzugt. \u00a0<\/p>\n
